1. Inclusion

Rate above are quoted in IDR per villa (not per person) per month, with the following benefits:

2. Villa Capacity

  • Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room.

3. Terms of Payment

  • A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by us within three (3) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given
  • Full payment is required within one (1) month or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival
  • For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon confirmation

4. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required by villas. The amount required depends on the agreement when you made the reservation. It will use to guarantee lost and damage during your stay.
